I would like to confirm those plans. The conference will take a place Oktober 5 – 10. One thousand people will be attending the conference. We will need a total thirtieth rooms : five large rooms and 25 smaller break-out rooms. As we discussed, we will need five Podium. With five Computer Projection System, Microphone and Speakers then we will need ten Slide and Overhead Projector, and Tables : 6’ rectanguler in the the large room. In each break-out room, we will need a Monitor/VRC and Flipchart. I want to thankyou for your help in planning our upcoming convention.
